Here is a database of all of the images that I have collected. This is a work in progress and is constantly being updated. Check out the forum topics and blog pages for some of the stories behind this collection.
EVERY name in this database has a linked photograph in my collection- some are regimental groups.
If you would like to search the attached database.
Click on the search symbol (top right corner). You can enter a name in the search bar. You can also try to search by any of the fields or tags, such as regiment, rank, year, civilians.
Database 1- Military (mostly..)
In order to build the database as quickly as possible, I am initially posting the names only,but I will start to add images as time allows.
These photographs belong to the families of the individuals featured. Therefore I have I am not charging a fee for the images.
However, I am requesting that those who wish to receive a copy of a photo please join my forum in order to build the community. Please tell us the stories of your research. I certainly need help with research!
Digital copies of the individuals can be emailed to you for no charge if you are family researcher.
I have set up a voluntary 'tip' via Ko-Fi if you are able to make a small donation. This helps me to fund the website, archive materials and genealogical website subscriptions required for my work. More importantly, it fuels me with coffee for those obsessive searches late into the night!
I am preparing and preserving the original documents for purchase (a modest fee to cover costs) to interested individuals, museums, and historical societies.

Database 2- Civilians and Families
As I sort and catalogue the newspapers and images, I realised that it might help to add an additional database for photographs with surnames, clues such as addresses , dates etc. As with the Military database, this collection is being updated frequently so please return and have a search...feedback welcome.
